Structure
The Children’s Partnership has several workstreams which report to it on a quarterly basis:
The Adolescent Safeguarding Strategic Board is chaired by the Director of Starting Well, Havering Council. This multi-agency group considers issues of Exploitation, Serious Youth Violence and local interventions.
The Education Strategic Partnership is chaired by the Assistant Director of Education. It brings together a small group to represent Early Years, Primary, Secondly and Special Schools, Independent Schools and Colleges in Havering to consider key local safeguarding and strategic issues.
The Early Help Partnership Board is a multi-agency strategic group which considers local early help and preventive supports. The group is chaired by the Strategic Head of Service for Early Help, Havering Council.
