Fire Station Open Day
On the 29th August Romford Fire Station is holding their open from 13:00-14:00.

Long Covid support in Havering
Many local long covid sufferers are women aged 35-69.
Please ‘Think Family’ when looking at needs as many may have care and support needs or be looking after other family members.
Sufferers may face financial struggles and mental health concerns, finding it hard to work.

Mind Mums Matter Group Work Project
Mums Matter is a new support service set to empower Mums to take control of their health and wellbeing in Havering, Barking & Dagenham. There is a free creche available too.
