The Executive Havering Safeguarding Adults Board meets 6 times per annum and is attended by our multi-agency partnership across the borough. Our Statutory Partners are NEL CCG, Barbara Nicholls, Director of Adult Social Care and Detective Superintendent Lewis Basford, Met Police. Brian Boxall is the Independent HSAB Chair.
